Customer
The Customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions when purchasing products or services from One's online store.
Ordering from Eränen -online store
These terms apply to orders where the merchant is Eränen. Merchant information is always presented in the online store
on the product's presentation page,
in the shopping cart, and
in the summary of the order.
General terms and conditions
the prices presented in the online store are subject to VAT
the prices of products in the online store depend on the time and duration and vary monthly, weekly or daily.
we sell products to adult individuals and corporate customers
we reserve the right to change prices
the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided
Eränen has the right to use and disclose registered address information for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing, as well as for other market and opinion polls, unless the customer prohibits this. The prohibition can be made on the contact details mentioned in the terms and conditions.
Eränen reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before ordering, the customer must familiarise themselves with the terms of delivery in force at any given time.
Booking terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to products and services that are rented and reserved. Collectively, these are referred to as 'service'.
Booking
the customer is responsible for familiarising themselves with the description of the reservation item(s) and the terms and conditions related to the instructions and reservations.
the reservation made by the customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.
the customer pays for the reservation according to the payment method of their choice, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.
the booking system sends the order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.
Eränen is not responsible for the failed reservation, but the customer must contact Eränen without delay to rectify the situation.
Eränen does not provide a guarantee that the item is still free and bookable in this case.
if the property is not free, the money will be returned or, if possible, another item will be offered.
Cancellations and changes
the subscription can be cancelled at any time in accordance with the terms and conditions.
a cancellation/or transfer request must be made in writing to Eränen email address info.eranen@gmail.com cancellation/or transfer requests from other channels are not processed.
the cancellation date is the date on which Eräen received the notification of the cancellation. Cancellations are processed as quickly as possible, but no later than within two weeks of receiving the cancellation, depending on the length of the queue.
the customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation has been sent in good time.
if the customer cancels his/her reservation,
when the reservation starts within 14 days or more, shipping costs will be charged for the reservation. The delivery costs are 23€ (incl. VAT).
when the reservation starts in less than 14 days but at least 48 hours, 50% of the rental price of the property will be charged.
when the reservation starts less than 48 hours, the full rental price will be charged.
the use of a discount code does not remove the responsibility for paying cancellation fees.
the reservation may be transferred at the request of the customer under the following conditions::
the transfer must take place no later than 14 days before the start of the original reservation.
the transfer fee is 20€ (incl. VAT).
if the transferred reservation is cancelled, the entire rental price will always be charged regardless of the time of cancellation.
Eränen´s right to cancel the reservation
In case of Force Majeure, Eränen may terminate the lease agreement. The customer who rented the property will be notified of the termination without delay.
in this case, the customer has the right to receive full refund of the rent paid.
Any costs incurred by the customer as a result of the lease terminated due to the force majeure barrier will not be reimbursed.
Keys to rental base
the customer will be sent an email and text message contained in the PIN code to the email address and phone number provided by the customer during the booking process before the start of the reservation. The PIN code is used to open the key container of the rental base, which provides access to the rental bases door, for example.
The PIN code is only handed over to valid bookings paid. The code may not be disclosed to third parties.
the key is left in the key container of the rental base and must not be included.
For a lost or non-returned key, someone has the right to charge all costs of re-serialisation or change of locks in full, but not less than €100.
Eräne has the right to collect at least €50 in compensation if they have to open the item due to a lost key or a key left inside.
Services, rental equipment
the item is defined in the target description
the customer must read the safety and operating instructions of the property.
during the rental period, the customer has access to the property and its equipment.
the object may not be removed from the area according to the target description and the object may not be re-rented.
the object may only be used to the extent permitted by the terms and conditions and only in places of performance suitable for the user's skill level and competence. The customer uses all equipment related to the lease object at his/her own risk and in accordance with this target information.
in the case of water excursion equipment (e.g. boats, canoes, SUP boards), the customer declares that he/she is able to swim, sufficiently for the use of previous experience.
if the customer notices any deficiencies or other comments on the site, he or she must inform Eränen without delay.
the customer is obligated to take care of the property they rent and to exercise special care and caution when handling it.
the customer also undertakes to use the equipment only according to their intended use
the object may not be transferred to persons other than the person or persons who have signed the contract.
the property must be returned cleaned and otherwise in the same condition as it was when the rental was transferred. The Customer must inform One person without delay if the return is delayed. One person has the right to charge an increased rent of 50% for the excess period, unless otherwise agreed separately.
if the leased items are returned in a condition requiring washing or repair, the costs incurred will be charged to the customer in addition to the rent. The price of a new similar product will be charged for the non-repairable device. In order to avoid abuses, we are happy to advise on the use and use of the tools in matters related to the use.
the customer is obligated to reimburse the property during the rental period for damages and costs caused by careless use or improper handling or inadequate maintenance. The customer is obligated to reimburse equipment destroyed or lost during the rental period to its new acquisition value. The Customer is responsible for compliance with transport, safety and other regulations. The Customer is obligated to notify Eränen immediately of any defects that have occurred in the properties.
Eränen is responsible for the repairs caused by normal wear and tear of the object. Loten shall not be liable for any indirect or direct costs or damages that may result from the use or breakdown of the equipment to the customer. Eränen does not undertake to provide a new item in place of the broken rental site or to reimburse any indirect or direct costs incurred as a result of the interruption of work.
Compensation for damages
the customer is liable to compensate Eränen for the damage caused to the property.
the booker is also liable for other persons and for any damage caused by them during the use of the property.
Eränen does not compensate the customer for any inconvenience or costs caused by natural conditions such as insects, animals, weather crime or weather changes.
Complaints
any complaints must always be made as soon as possible after the topic has appeared
if there is no satisfactory solution or a claim for compensation, the complaint must be sent in writing to an e-mail address info.eranen@gmail.com within one month of the end of the rental period.
However, Eränen shall endeavour to deal with the complaint as soon as possible within a maximum of one month.
if the customer and Eränen cannot agree, the customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
Delivery terms
Conclusion of the agreement
a binding trade agreement shall enter into force once the order has been confirmed. (order confirmation/payment confirmation).
Order confirmation/payment confirmation will be delivered to the customer by email
Payment terms
Eränen applies reliable and secure payment intermediaries to its services
Eränen does not store bank contact or credit card information at any time.the customer undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method of their choice.
paying by invoice (to companies and entities)
invoicing is done with a fully automated invoicing service
the invoice is for use only by companies and entities
the invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice
Late-payment charges are always added to invoices paid after the due date. If the invoice has been paid after the due date with the original invoice and futures charges have already been incurred, the charges will be invoiced separately.
the item (product) is delivered only after the invoice has been paid
if the invoice has not been paid by the due date, the order will be cancelled
if the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, Eränen will not process the order.
