Pay attention
When the need for the product arises, consider the following points.
From the online store, choose the time when you are at the rental base to pick up the product. The PIN code you receive is valid at the rental base only for the time you choose, not before or after the chosen time. The safest thing to do is to make the purchase only at the door of the rental office.
If it is e.g. 12:20 at the rental office, you can still make the purchase at 12:00, but no more than 30 minutes later. This is how you get the PIN code immediately after payment. If you are at the rental base at 12:35 and you need the product right away, you should select 13:00 as the purchase time and wait 25 minutes.
